Factory-made sauna returns
Returns for saunas that have been pre-manufactured for our customers may not be accepted for the following reasons:
- The product is custom-made for each customer.
- The product is arranged for delivery to specific locations and is prepared for installation of special heaters or delivered with certain modifications.
Each customer has the right to request a refund and it will always be considered, as there is a possibility that a specific product may be needed for our inventory.
You can easily and cheaply return goods purchased from us to any InPost parcel locker
In our store, you don't have to worry that the selected size won't fit or in any other way won't meet your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap returns of InPost parcel lockers, you can shop without stress and without fear that returning the purchased goods will be a painful journey.
According to applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely without giving a reason. Therefore, if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which gives you the option of sending the return parcel back to us using the InPost parcel locker.
We have chosen InPost as our trusted partner for return shipments because of:
- Simple handling of returning goods to our store - you select the goods to be returned or which you want to complain about, generate and print a label for the parcel, which you send to any parcel locker in Poland (it should be remembered that the generated label is valid for 30 days);

Details regarding the steps for submitting a return:

Log in to your account, and then in the returns panel select the product you would like to return;

In the next steps, select the return by clicking on the "I will use the store's shipments" option and selecting the form in which you want to receive the returned money;

Generate return documents with address labels, then print them out and be sure to sign the return document;

Put the packed goods together with the return document in a box intended for shipping and seal it well. You can use the box in which you received the ordered goods. Go to any InPost Parcel Locker, where you can send your parcel quickly and conveniently, 24/7. Remember that the dimensions of the parcel cannot exceed 41 X 38 X 64 cm and the weight cannot exceed 25 kg.

We will make a refund, in the form selected in the refund creator, within 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. However, it usually takes less time. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of sending them back.
The above procedure is not a condition for exercising the statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.
