Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the chosen method and are visible during the order process. Free shipping promotions may be available under certain conditions.

Order processing time

The order is processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. The delivery time by the carrier is typically 1-14 business days depending on the delivery country.

In the case of ordering a sauna, the waiting time is longer because it is a made-to-order product. The average lead time is approximately 8 weeks, but in some cases it can take up to 10 weeks.

Delivery area

Shipping is available throughout Europe. International shipments are possible after prior agreement on the terms.

Responsibility for the shipment

In the case of a purchase by a consumer (a non-business natural person), the responsibility for the consignment is transferred to the Seller until it is delivered to the Customer. In the case of a purchase by an entrepreneur, the responsibility for the consignment is transferred to the Customer at the moment of delivery to the carrier. If the parcel is damaged, please draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the Seller.

Non-delivery of the shipment

If the shipment is not collected due to the Customer's fault, the Customer bears the costs of resending. The Seller may cancel the contract 14 days after the return of the shipment.
